What is SEO and how does it work?
SEO, or search engine optimization, is the work of helping your website show up when people search Google for what you do. Google looks at how relevant, trustworthy and useful your site is, including your content, your page structure, your speed and the other sites that link to you. SEO improves those signals so you rank higher.
What is local SEO?
Local SEO focuses on showing up for searches in your area, like "plumber near me" or "web design Elizabethtown KY." It covers your website, your Google Business Profile, your reviews and your business listings around the web, so you appear in the map pack and local results.
How long does SEO take to work?
Some fixes can help within weeks, but SEO usually takes a few months to build real momentum. It depends on your competition, your website and where you're starting from. Unlike ads, the results keep working once you've earned them.
Why is my website not ranking on Google?

Why is my Google Business Profile not getting me leads?
Usually it's wrong or overly broad categories, missing services, old photos, no recent posts, few reviews or reviews with no replies. Google favors complete, active profiles, and so do customers.
How do I get more calls from Google Business Profile?

What are Google Ads?

Are Google Ads worth it for small businesses?
Yes, when they're set up and managed properly. Ads work best for businesses people search for when they're ready to buy. Without tracking and optimization, they can waste money quickly.
What is the difference between SEO and Google Ads?
Google Ads put you at the top right away, but they stop when you stop paying. SEO takes longer to build, but it keeps bringing in leads without paying for each click.
Should I run SEO or Google Ads first?
If you need leads now, start with Google Ads. If you can wait a few months, start with SEO. Many businesses run both: ads for steady leads today while SEO builds for the long term.

Which social media platforms do you manage?
Facebook and Instagram. If your business needs another platform, ask us.
How many posts will I get?
Our packages are 3, 5 or 7 posts a week. We'll recommend one based on your business.
Do I need to provide photos?
Yes. You send us photos of your business, your work and your team, and we turn them into branded graphics and posts. We can also shoot video for you.
What is retargeting?
Retargeting shows your ads on Facebook and Instagram to people who already visited your website, so you stay in front of them until they're ready to call.
Print questions
Do you offer free shipping on print?
Yes. Print orders ship free, and we offer free local delivery around Elizabethtown.
Can you design my business cards, flyers or signs?
Yes. Send us your artwork if you have it, or tell us what you need and our team will design it.
Can I order print online?
Yes. Pick a product in our shop, choose your size and quantity, and check out. You can also call us or request a quote.
What if I don't see the product I need?
